This resort is Koh Samui's stunning new 5-star pool villa beach resort and spa. The resort has two separate lobbies for each wing (the Oceanfront Wing and the Garden Wing). Guests are to check-in at their designated wing lobby only. I stayed at another 5 star rated resort on the island before coming to here. The other one outshines this one in multiple ways. This one was a bit run down (wear and tear everywhere on the public grounds). For example one beach towel had gross blood stains on it. However the staff is very friendly and nice as all Thai people are on the island. The only great thing about the resort is the spa. Everything else was meh. Beach had seaweed. Pool area constantly had leaves in the pool and floor. Basically didn’t feel comfortable or as clean as the last place I did which had excellence in all categories.
